Why Russia

Safe and Clean

Unlike many Western countries, Russia’s large cities are often safer and cleaner than the countryside, which still lags behind. Moscow and other major urban centers offer orderly streets and well‑maintained public spaces.

According to many expats with long‑term experience, Russia has made huge progress in everyday safety compared with the 1990s after the fall the Soviet Union, when crime and insecurity were widespread.  Today russian cities are far safer in daily life than most large Western cities.

Low Tax

Under the Putin administration, Russia has become a tax‑friendly jurisdiction for both individuals and companies, especially when contrasted with Western countries that keep adding new tax and regulatory burdens.

Especially for people from the EU, Russia is becoming a place where taxation is more predictable, less confiscatory, and more welcoming to capital and entrepreneurs.

Once notorious for its labyrinthine bureaucracy, the country has since leveraged technology to significantly simplify many administrative processes.

Less Toxic Feminism

While Western societies have been significantly damaged by feminist ideology, Russia has taken a different path.

Thanks to decisive political leadership and sovereign policies — including restrictions on Western globalist NGOs — the country actively promotes traditional values.

As President Putin regularly emphasises in his March 8th (International Women’s Day) addresses, the most noble role of a woman lies in motherhood and staying at home taking care of the kids.

No LGBT Propaganda In Classrooms

In contrast to many Western countries, where LGBT propaganda is rampant in schools without the parents knowing about it, Russia has rightfully taken measures to protect children. The country has prohibited LGBT movements, aiming to shield young people from early ideological indoctrination.

Russia seeks the right balance between individual freedom in one´s own live style on one hand and the duty to be discreet about it on the other hand.

Vaccination: A Choice, Not A Coercion

Historically, Russia has maintained a more relaxed and less dogmatic attitude toward vaccination compared to the West, prioritising persuasion over coercion.

During the COVID‑19 pandemic, this approach translated into a pragmatic stance: the country did not implement a systemic mass vaccination campaign targeting the general population. Instead, authorities focused on providing information and letting individuals making their own decision, reflecting a long‑standing preference for softer public health measures.

No "Save The Planet" Lunatic Policies

Unlike in the West, where environmentalism has become almost like a religion, Russia does not practice anti‑human worship of nature.

In the Russian worldview, a tree is not considered more valuable than a human life. While respecting nature, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment prioritises using natural resources to benefit people, rather than placing intrinsic value on nature above human needs and development.

Freedom Of Thought

Russia offers a notably greater degree of freedom of thought and less pervasive censorship than in many Western countries — provided one avoids receiving funding from foreign agents to undermine the political system and refrains from promoting LGBT ideology.

In Russia, individuals are largely free from suffocating political correctness. There is no risk of being “cancelled” for alleged “hate speech”, having a man's career destroyed over a misinterpreted joke, or being branded a racist for expressing concerns about mass migration.
